Cogni is a wellbeing triage and navigation platform. It helps users check in across multiple dimensions of wellbeing, understand relevant context, and identify an appropriate next step for support \u2014 for individuals, professionals, and partner organizations.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Features may include wellbeing assessments, guided pathways, monitoring tools, aggregated organizational dashboards, and integrations with existing systems or workflows, depending on the type of account and applicable agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cogni continues to evolve. We may add, modify, or discontinue features in order to improve the service, comply with legal requirements, or maintain the security of the platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Eligibility and User Accounts<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable law. If you use Cogni on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.<\/p>

We may refuse, suspend, or restrict an account if the information provided is inaccurate, if the use of the platform violates these Terms, or if required to protect the security of the platform.<\/p>

Cogni is not an emergency service or a substitute for emergency services; it does not provide medical or psychological diagnoses; it does not replace professional care, clinical judgment, or human decision-making; and it does not guarantee health or wellbeing outcomes.<\/p>

Cogni\u2019s AI and automated tools are designed to support the triage experience within defined boundaries. Decisions requiring clinical context remain the responsibility of the individuals and professionals involved.<\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the appropriate resources in your area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You agree to use Cogni lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms. You may not circumvent security measures, access data not intended for you, use the platform to harass others or distribute unlawful content, interfere with the operation of the service, or use Cogni\u2019s brand without authorization.<\/p>

The Cogni platform, including its design, text, trademarks, software, models, and content provided by Cogni, remains the property of Cogni or its licensors. Except for your right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.<\/p>

Cogni may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these Terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or the discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To the extent permitted by law, Cogni and its directors, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.<\/p>
